Why take theatre classes?

Craft:  Honing your craft takes time and collaboration. Theatre is not a solitary activity. There is always something to learn from a fresh perspective. Working on craft can help you feel prepared for anything.

Communication:  Focusing on projection, diction, tempo, and dynamics can help speakers use words more effectively to promote good communication. Being comfortable speaking in front of others is a skill that can be used in any career.

Connection: Sharing a creative experience can build powerful connections with others and reduce isolation.

Challenge: Inspiration happens when artists are challenged. Moments can always be made tighter, cleaner, sharper, etc...someone just needs to ask the right questions..

"Laura Brigham's nuanced coaching was and is essential in my career. The energy and specificity she brings to her own acting is infectious as she teaches. She always pushed me further than I thought I could go, all while maintaining a safe and encouraging environment for learning and growing as an actor. She is a huge part of why I am now a professional working actor."
